Coach Pawan founded AKHAADA Institute of Movement Science to bridge two worlds: the lineage of the Indian akhada and the rigour of modern movement science.

He has spent years training athletes and trainers at the Akhaada Performance Hub in Bengaluru, refining the methodology that now forms the AKHAADA IMS curriculum.
